Two More TMC's

Two more TMC's that I've uploaded to the Twenty Minute Challenge blog.

You know, I like these 20 minute challenges. No hassle, no stress... except for the last minute or two when I'm not finished and the clock continues mercilessly ticking away :-)

There's such a freedom in doing these. I keep in mind that it's the process that matters here, not the end product. This allows me to have fun and learn without feeling like the result has to be on a certain level. With TMC's success is the doing, not the end result.

You've definitely got me thinking I might try this... but I don't know if I have the personality for it! Your leaf is incredible! Love the shell too!

Looks as though you're enjoying the 20 minute challenge. I certainly enjoy looking at the end result.

Very nice leaf- are those pomegranate seeds? Love your shell too- saw it on the TMC. It is time for me to do some more of the tmc paintings- they are fun and great practice.

I think the TMCs are great exercises...very doable for almost anyone who uses the excuse, "I don't have time..." You've got me thinking about other applications of the 20-minute time limit, too.

You are definitely honing your observational skills and in the process, painting faster because you're more selective in what to paint and what to leave out. Good for you!

Love the process and the freedom. It's staying away from the piece after the time is up that i struggle with!
